How does ZoinZo identify female users?
Users declare their gender on the Profile page. In Pink Ride mode, the app restricts search visibility and joining privileges strictly to accounts designated as Female.
Can male users book a Pink Ride?
No. If a ride is marked as a Pink Ride, the search page hides the 'Join' action and prevents booking for male profiles, showing a disabled 'Women Only' status.
Is there any extra fee to use Pink Rides?
Absolutely not. Safety is a fundamental right. Pink Rides mode is completely free to toggle on or search for, with normal seat contribution splits.
