Welcome to ZoinZo. By accessing our platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZoinZo Technologies Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the ZoinZo platform (the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services. ZoinZo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

ZoinZo provides a peer-to-peer ride-sharing platform that connects private vehicle owners traveling to a specific destination (the "Drivers") with individuals seeking to travel in the same direction (the "Passengers"). ZoinZo is solely an intermediary platform and does not provide transportation services, nor does it act as a transportation carrier.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

To use ZoinZo, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must hold a valid driver's license if you intend to offer rides as a Driver.
• You must register for an account using accurate, current, and complete information.
• You must complete our identity verification process, which may include government ID checks.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Driver Obligations

If you offer rides through ZoinZo, you explicitly agree to the following:

• Valid Insurance: You must maintain valid third-party liability insurance and comprehensive motor insurance as required by local laws.
• Vehicle Condition: The vehicle used must be in excellent mechanical condition, legally registered, and meet all safety standards.
• No Profit Motive: The contribution requested from passengers must strictly cover the shared costs of the journey (fuel, tolls, depreciation). You may not use ZoinZo to generate commercial profit.
• Safe Driving: You commit to driving safely, obeying all traffic laws, and not driving under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substances.

5. Passenger Obligations

When booking a ride on ZoinZo, Passengers agree to:

• Punctuality: Arrive at the agreed-upon pickup location on time.
• Respect: Maintain a clean, respectful, and peaceful environment within the vehicle. Do not consume food, smoke, or make excessive noise without the driver's explicit permission.
• Contribution: Pay the agreed-upon cost-sharing contribution promptly as arranged through the platform.
• Identification: Carry valid identification during the journey to confirm your identity to the driver if requested.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Users may cancel their ride requests or offers through the platform. However, frequent, last-minute cancellations negatively impact the community. ZoinZo reserves the right to suspend accounts that exhibit a pattern of unreliable behavior or late cancellations without valid reasoning.

If a financial transaction was processed through the platform (if applicable in your region), refunds will be governed by our specific Refund Policy document.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZOINZO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

ZoinZo does not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of any ride. Users engage with each other at their own risk.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of ZoinZo shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the local jurisdiction where ZoinZo is headquartered. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against ZoinZo.
